We did without the fish & salad course altogether, having eaten way too much of way too many delicious dishes the previous two nights.
Potato & Sweet Potato Galette
This time I made it without the spinach, but no time for a photo.
Roasted Squash with Brown Sugar & Balsamic Apple Cider Vinegar
Again, no recipe (and apparently no photo either). Just roast peeled 1" chunks of squash tossed with 1 tsp olive oil and 1 tbsp each brown sugar and vinegar at 400°F/200°C for 20 minutes or until they are soft on the inside and starting to brown on the outside. Toss occasionally.
So that was the meal...and now we're done for another week.
