Presto Pasta Nights # 192

It's my turn to host Presto Pasta Night #192 this week and I'm happy to say, it's another awesome roundup . Thanks everyone for all your tasty dishes. So, since you'd rather drool through the entries... here they are.

First in is Sue of Couscous & Consciousness. I love it when dishes come alive with just the ingredients at hand. Her Roasted Peppers & Sweet Potato Pasta looks wonderful.
Next up... Tigerfish of Teczcape who always has me drooling, share s a Winter Pasta - recipe with no real recipe and it looks gorgeous.
Debbi Does Dinner - and always so well even when she forgets to take meat out of the freezer. This Mexican Ravioli Casserole saved the day. Don't you love it when you find something else in the freezer that doesn't need much work?!
Michelle of Ms. enPlace is a first time PPNer and I really, really hope she's planning on coming back often. She went for comfort food and did this one in spades. I mean she had me at "spicy, bacony, garlicy" Check out her Turkey & Artichoke Stuffed Pasta Shells with Arrabiatta Sauce.
Supriya of Queen of My Kitchen has a Spicy Baked Pasta that's lovely. It's heavenly baked and almost as heavenly when you're in need of a very quick dish on the table.
Deb of Kahakai Kitchen shares this most intriguing dish - Asian Pesto Udon... with ginger, walnut oil, smoked almonds, coconut milk.... See what I mean about intriguing.
Dana of Dana's Food for Thought added (well her mom did) a new dish to the Thanksgiving feast - Butternut Squash Pasta. I'm betting it will become part of the established tradition by next year's do.

Joanne who always Eats Well With Others made these glorious Pumpkin Ravioli with Sage & Hazelnut Sauce. It was really hard to choose which photo to share and I can't wait to make this dish.
Pierce of Life in the Slow Lane at Squirrel Head Manor (don't you love the name?) shares a glorious lasagna and a book review - Heat by Bill Buford about life in Mario Batali's kitchen.
Daphne of More Than Words, and a wonderful PPN regular shares this Peanut Chunky Noodles - what a great combination.
Heather over at GirliChef and another awesome PPNer, finally had enough turkey leftovers to make this droolingly delicious Turkey Tetrazini.
Haalo of Cook (Almost) Anything at Least Once really has me craving her stunning Linguini with Spring Vegetables. 1. because it's snowing and freezing here and a look at spring is well needed; 2. because everything Haalo does is delicious.
Helen of Fuss Free Flavours shares this Pasta with Tofu & Miso Creamy Sauce that even I... not a real tofu fan... am craving.
Gay, Scientist in the Kitchen, hasn't been around for a while and I'm glad she's back. This time with a wonderful a Chunky Beef & Vegetable Linguine.
Gwen of Simply Healthy Family made a very intriguing Cashew Cream & Herb Pasta Sauce served over Quinoa noodles. Even carnivores like me, will love it for a change of pace.
Kirsten of From Kirsten's Kitchen to Yours has me drooling with this Farfalle a Limone (with some additional walnuts). It's nice to have her back here, not to mention the fact that she'll be hosting PPN in a few weeks.
Bibbereche shares a moving post - brings me back to when my daughters went off to university and their, way too brief visits back home - and a soothing bowl of Serbian Left Over Turkey Soup that sounds just perfect to fill the void.

Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to actually make a real pasta dish this week, but I did give you a whack of delicious options that I found at some of my favorite sites.

Next week, we're lucky to have Rachel, The Crispy Cook hosting for the second time. Just send your entries to her by Thursday night so she can publish the roundup on Friday. Her email is oldsaratogabooks (at) gmail (dot) com and send me a cc at ruth (at) 4everykitchen (dot) com

A tasty roundup Ruth. I ate leftover pasta from PPN last week that was in the freezer but would have relished anyone of these dishes.
