Usually, I'm the one doing the interviewing, but this time Simon Thibault did all the work and interviewed me for a segment of his Assis-Toi series for CBC Radio Information Morning. You can hear the interview live tomorrow (Wednesday, May 25th) at 8:15AM Atlantic Time and I'll link to the pod cast once it's up. We made flank steak and a mixed greens salad and Simon brought a very tasty cranberry cobbler that he made. All in all it was a very tasty chat!
