Usually, I'm the one doing the interviewing, but this time Simon Thibault did all the work and interviewed me for a segment of his Assis-Toi series for CBC Radio Information Morning. We made flank steak and a mixed greens salad and Simon brought a very tasty cranberry cobbler that he made. All in all it was a very tasty chat!
