BloggerAid Cookbook Fundraiser

I love a good cause and what could be more worthy than feeding those without, so I invite you to join me in this. Here's a little background....

Three of my favorite food bloggers, Ivy of Kopiaste, Giz of Equal Opportunity Kitchen and Val of More Than Burnt Toast have gotten together along with Gloria Chadwick of Cookbook Cuisine to create an awesome fundraising project with 100% of profits going to World Food Programme, a UN Frontline Agency.

They're putting together a fundraising cookbook and you can help. There are many ways...click here to find out how, but one way is to send in your own original recipe, one that is not on your own blog (if you have one) and just post a photo to entice everyone...leave them drooling until the book is ready

I chose my Stuffed Chicken Breasts because...well, what's a fundraising dinner without chicken and this dish is easy to prepare and makes even a solitary dinner in front of the TV seem special.

This truly is a worthy project - and fun too! Head over to BloggerAid and find out all about it and how you can get involved.

These chicken breasts sound incredible Ruth. It is people like you who will make this project possible. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping to create awareness for those less fortunate than ourselves.
