One more thing before we get to this week's delights, don't forget to visit Presto Pasta Nights. This week I posted about gnocchi and Jamie Oliver's homemade pasta and a special tribute to pesto. Check it out and let me know what type of articles you'd like to see...pasta toys, interviews, video how-to's...
But enough yapping....here's this week's awesome pasta roundup with no fewer than SEVEN different pestos!... See why the tribute post!
First up this week, Tara of Should You Eat That? shares a new dish for her and a very old favorite of mine - Manicotti. What's not to love!
Katie of Thyme for Cooking, took some time from house hunting to share this Roasted Pepper Pasta Salad...say that ten times quickly. Never mind, just eat up and enjoy.
Mike at Mike's Table tried his hand at making his own teriyaki sauce for this Chicken Teriyaki Lo Mein and couldn't believe how easy it was. Looks great to me too.
MM of Feeding Maybelle shares a wonderful dish of Fresh Peas, Fava Beans & Ricotta Macaroni. It's not only little ones that will love it.
Nancy, GaGa In the Kitchen, is a first time PPNer and she brings a Simple Bolognese that she actually learned how to make while living in Hong Kong. I love how truly small the world is.
Sarah of What Smells So Good? was tired of food...hard for a foodie to be, but it does happen. Fortunately for us, even when it does, Sarah is very creative. Check out her Soba Ginger Salad.
Mansi of Fun & Food, like me, used to be a traditionalist when making pesto. Now we're both adventurous and she shares this Almond Pesto Fettucini.
Erica of Stuff I Make my Husband, is trying her hand with Korean food and...lucky us...she shares her Vegetarian Bibim Naengmyun ...lookin' goooooood!
Katie of Soupus Dei a new blogger (so BIG Welcome!) She had a crazy busy Saturday last weekend and so on Sunday, chilled with Pesto pasta and some glorious brownies to round out the meal.
Stephanie of Adventures in Shaw, is also in a food funk. Fortunately for us, she captured these glorious Morel Ravioli before it set in.
Foodie Tots are back with a mouth-watering bowl of Cabbage Gyoza. Don't they look wonderful.
Abby of Eat the Right Stuff doesn't often eat creamy sauces, but she made an exception and I'm glad she did. Check out the Salmon Linguine.
Tigerfish of Teczcape has been travelling, but now she's home and lucky us we get to share a bowl of Spicy Beef Mushroom Pasta with her secret ingredient.
Sue of Coffee & Cornbread brings us an interesting dish of Bacon, Ranch & Blue Cheese Pasta. The photos are gorgeous and the whole thing sounds delicious.
Patsy of Family, Friends & Food was not going to let leftover orzo go to waste. Check out her Orzo, Corn & Scallion dish.
Pam at Sidewalk Shoes is back with a very summery looking Broccoli, Chickpea & Garlic pasta dish. I'm ready with my fork in hand.
Ivy of Kopiaste always brings a little of Greece to our table. This sunny Summer Pasta Salad with Mint & Parsley Pesto is definitely signs of great weather ahead.
Serena of Rock Cakes has a very light and summery dish of Pasta with Broad Beans, Spinach and Ricotta. I can see the sun shining now.
Sharona May of Bird Food came up with another great Pesto for a light summer pasta. I'm a sucker for pesto and a sucker for pistachios, so how fantastic for me Pistachio Pesto Pasta.
Becke, Columbus Foodie brings a favorite summer treat...Avocado Pasta Salad...delish!
Katie B at Other People's Food also has an interesting pesto in her dish of Turkey & Pork Meatballs with Orecchietta & Almond Spinach Pesto.
Okay, how interesting is this...more pestos! Avra of I've Got Food on My Brain has not one but two awesome Pestos...Sundried Tomatoes with Sunflower Seeds and Cilantro with Lime and Sesame Seeds.
Dharm that Dad, Baker & Chef really knows how to be inventive. His kids craved Pasta with Meat Sauce and missing some traditional ingredients, he added...well, you'll have to see for yourself!
And, in just under the wire...Ferdzy of Seasonal Ontario Food brought a very savory Pasta with Chicken, Asparagus & Mushrooms. Glad you made it!
And finally, it's my turn...this week from the totally decadent to the unbelievably simple and heart healthy...Shrimp Ravioli in Roasted Tomato Butter Sauce
and Pasta e Olio...can you guess which is which? Just kidding. I was going for a heart healthy use of multigrain pasta, olive oil and a squirt of lemon juice to round out the garlic. That should scare away all the creamy artery clogging goodness of the rich ravioli sauce.

Can't wait to see you all back real soon!

BTW, I think the link and picture of my pasta this week is not right!
My secret ingredient to this week pasta dish is curry powder!

Tigerfish, I've changed the roundup. The lucky ones got two dishes for the price of one.
And for those of you who might have missed it, this is the original link sent in -

My usual, 2 square meter basil bed is barren this summer....
I'm going to be pesto deprived unless I find a source.
Good thing there are lots of other pasta choices, eh?
