It's been a busy week for all of us and so many of the pastas this week are thanks to hectic days. Plus there are lots of really interesting ingredients and combinations...one word for the stars of the roundup - awesome - two dozen really inspired dishes. So what are you waiting for....check them out!
First up this week, is Moriah of Where I'm Cooking From sent us this super speedy, super tasty Cold Sesame Noodles.
Sarah of Homemade is back with a beautiful dish of Pasta with Goat Cheese and Zucchini. Even I would eat this one...(zucchini is one of the very few veggies I don't like cooked).
Lisa of Unique Little Bites shares a glorious dish of Mediterranean Vegetarian Pasta that transports me to some Greek Island.
Tigerfish of Teczcape prepared a mouthwatering bowl of Beef Noodle Soup with leftover stew...don't you wish you had her fridge?
Sharon of Culinary Adventures of a New Wife bugged her husband for a meal idea, so we all have him to thank for this great looking Spaghetti and Meatballs.
Sarah of What Smells So Good? came up with a new (for me, anyway) vehicle for Brussels Sprouts...Creamy Sprouts Pasta.
Wiffy of Noob Cook has the perfect combo, especially for my daughter...Stir Fry Kimchi with Udon.
Ramona, the Houndstooth Gourmet is back with a lovely dish of Fettuccine with Rainbow Chard, Grilled Chicken and (my son-in-law's favorite) Gorgonzola. Sounds good to me too!
Ulrike of Kuchenlatein, took time out of test driving cars to whip up this Creamy Tortellini Soup. Good luck with car and thanks for a tasty lunch.
Ferdzy of Seasonal Ontario Foods loves whipping up quick pasta dishes with the help of cheese and some lovely green veggie. This time the stars are Blue Cheese & Spinach and Bacon.
Avra of I've Got Food on the Brain got me very excited with her Pasta with Fiddleheads. I absolutely adore them and it's a sure sign of Spring. Of course I haven't seen any around Halifax yet, but this will definitely be one recipe I try.
Gay, Scientist in the Kitchen shares a Pancit Miki made with Chinese Chorizo...I'll have to try and find some. I wonder if they're very different to Spanish/Portuguese chorizo.
Daphne of More than Words, is usually meticulous in her meal planning, so rarely are there leftovers...so unlike me it's scary. She finally did have some on hand and created this Baked Creamy Pasta.
Kittie of Kittens in the Kitchen created a Leftover Roast Beef Tagliatelle that has me drooling. I can't even write!
Haalo of Cook(Almost)Anything tries a new type of pasta Pizzoccheri Valtellina - very interesting pasta and cool sapphire potatoes to make it truly extravagant.
Kitchenetta of Got No Milk shares a lovely Asparagus & Chicken Noodle Casserole complete with "how to" video from Chef John.
Chris of We Heart Food brings a lovely looking Fettuccine with Tuna & Ricotta. My fork is ready!
Lisa of Food & Spice is back with a really inspired dish - Penne with Indian Style Tomato Sauce and Mushrooms. Definitely a keeper.
KatieB of Other People's Food hasn't been around here for a while but she's baaaack with a glorious homemade Shrimp & Scallop Arrabiata...my fave seafood combo.
My fave Closet Cooking Kevin, shares another of my all time favorite pastas...Spaghetti alla Puttanesca. I love his version and then he used the sauce on tilapia...awesome.
Becke, the Columbus Foodie shares an old favorite of hers (and mine) Pappardelle with Red Wine & Meat Ragu. So how many times can I say "favorite" in one post? I'm not sure, but this is definitely one.
Mochachocolata Rita has some secret ingredients that sound awesome in her Creamy Coconut Milk, Tuna & Pumpkin Farfalle.
Sher of What Did You Eat? brings a lovely Turkey & Bok Choy Wonton Soup. I've been hunting for bok choy here for days...hopefully I can find some soon. The soup looks great.
And finally, it's my turn. This week I really do have a fantastic dish to share and it's one that secretly gets your "kids" of all ages to eat cauliflower...Baked Ziti with Cauliflower or as I like to call it Mac 'n Cheese Supreme.

Great round up Ruth - I'm starving now!
But the sprouts are just teasing me - we're still months away from their season :(
I missed the weekend, but I will definitely have to try one of these this week. That Mediterranean one looks fabulous.
