Lazy Weekend Dishes

On the weekends we don't eat regular meals. Breakfast could be a quick yoghurt Mush before heading out to do errands or a late brunch (in or out). Sometimes we just munch on things like fresh tasty breads (usually bought at the market) and interesting cheeses while we relax once we're back home. Sometimes we actually do eat dinner and sometimes we don't even do that.

But this weekend we've eaten well...healthy, light, satisfying dishes I whipped up and thought I'd share with you.

Saturday night dinner...

Citrus Roasted Tilapia

Sunday breakfast...

Sunday supper...

Salad Nicoise withoout the eggs and potatoes
So how do you eat on the weekend?...

What great dishes for weekend dining!

We were in luck this weekend as we had supper club on Saturday night with an Asian theme. I made steamed dumplings for the first time (so good)! Sunday was another foray into Asian cooking, but with REALLY fresh tilapia (I'll be posting about this one in the next day or so), coated in panko crumbs... so good! And, can't forget making the Chocolate Cheesecake pops for the Daring Baker's challenge... so many good things this weekend!
