Presto Pasta Night Roundup #43

Tis the week before Christmas and all through the world, everyone was too busy to make pasta! Well a few people did, I'm happy to say, and the word "Creamy" comes to mind with all of them.

Even though not too many people have the time during this holiday season to WRITE about their pasta meals, it's still the perfect last minute lunch or dinner, so just do a quick check through all the Presto Pasta Night Roundups for an easy, stress-free and impressive meal.

First in this week is Sunita of Sunita's World with this wonderful Vegetable &Cheese Riccioli Bake which is perfect after a day of rushing about.

Shweta from Fresh Flavors, welcome first time PPNer! She shares this very creamy dish of Baked Pineapple Spaghetti. I love seeing unique and original dishes here.

Chris of Mele Cotte hasn't been around since the summer, but is forgiven because this Ricotta Pasta With Fresh Spinach sounds fantastic. I do hope to see you around often in 2008 though.

Alisha of Cook Craft Enjoy shares a really great sounding Tex Mex Mac 'n Cheese. Sounds perfect for those less than formal get togethers during the holidays.

Katie of Thyme for Cooking shares this great looking Swedish Meatball dish...I can't wait to try some once we get back home.

And my dish is ....oops! My apologies, but it's been a crazy week of travelling to Montreal and Toronto to visit family. We've eaten all sorts of delicious things, but not a noodle in anything! I'm hoping next week I'll do better.

I do hope you're all having a very wonderful holiday season. Remember that next week is the last PPN for 2007. What will you be doing? And how many leftover turkey pasta dishes do you think will show up?

Don't forget to join in the fun for next week and please visit the Presto Pasta Gang on Facebook.

As always...a very big thank you to all of you for playing along and visiting every week!!!

It looks like you've been having a wonderful trip and managing to stay well-fed - so we'll ignore the lack of pasta in your diet this week!
I can't believe all the snow! Better there than here....

Merry Christmas.

Katiez, we're heading home - 7 more hours of driving ahead! And we're doing it to be ahead of the NEXT storm set to hit day after tomorrow.

Chris, the roundup is small but mighty ;-) I'm holding you to the promise!

Tigerfish, I don't know how I could have missed it (it's delicious sounding and first on my table when I get home) I promise it will be first up for next week's PPN #44

Everyone....have a great holiday and a fabulous 2008! See you all next week, I hope.
