It is the holiday season...lots of feasting, partying, travelling....all really wonderful things. And I want to wish all of you a terrific end to the holiday season and a very prosperous, healthy, fulfilling 2008!
But once again only 3 people submitted delicious dishes to Presto Pasta Nights. And one of those - the lovely Tigerfish of Teczcape really sent hers in for last week and with all my travelling, I didn't get the email. Technology is great when it works!
We're doing a return to South Beach Diet
Phase One for a bit (not even waiting for January 2008 to start our resolutions) so no pasta for us this week....That said...no need for despair though....We will be back next Friday - January 4, 2008!!!
