Don't worry...there are still plenty of salmon out there for the rest of you, it's just that my daughter has decided that she's had enough salmon for a while (I personally can't imagine that happening to me - ever). It's not that she doesn't like it...it's just...well...she's had enough - same with asparagus (my most favorite vegetable). I guess I just reached her saturation point, cooking them a million ways since she got back from Chile. The truth is, I could probably eat variations at least a couple of times a week.
Now I'll have to find a new omega-3 rich fleshy fish with no bones (for my Honey) that doesn't cost a fortune...I'd love to hear your ideas.
