Presto Pasta Night Roundup #4

It's been a crazy week around here, so this first dish from the lovely Sweetnicks anexcellent penne with vodka sauce couldn't be better - unless maybe just the vodka - I'm kidding, but the pasta looks lip-smacking good.

Then Sara of I Like to Cook dropped by with an very intriguing dish of Tomato Ginger Pasta. What a great sounding combo. Too bad it didn't hang around long enough for a picture.

Tigerfish of Teczcape came by for the first time (hopefully of many) and brought us this really hearty Penne with Mushroom & Beef Bolognese.

Sher, over at What Did You Eat? was having a rough day, but she used her mortar & pestle to get rid of her frustrations to make this awesome dish of Burmese Noodles.

Gattina of Kitchen Unplugged, one of my favorite bloggers is back with a simple and simple gorgeous dish of Ziti with Sun Dried Tomatoes, Basil & Mozzarella. What could be better?

Keertha over at As per Taste, is a newcomer to the world of Food Blogging. Welcome and thanks for sharing an Indian version of Mac & Cheese. Now I have to go hunting for a new (to me, anyway) spice - Ajwain. Check it out.

and Anh of Food Lover's Journey is back, I'm happy to say, with this mouth watering dish of Sichuan Spicy Noodles. More hunting in store as I try to find Chinese Sesame Paste and Sichuan Peppercorns.

And last, but I hope not least, my own contribution - if you're observant you might be wondering why I'd make rice for Presto Pasta Night, but it's really Orzo with Spinach and Mushrooms. It's a little bit Italian and a little bit Asian.

I will be adding late additions to this week's Presto Pasta Night until Saturday. Any I receive after that will be part of next week's PPN Event. So don't forget to join the fun. Remember that ALL noodles dishes count as pasta for this fun event. Find out how to participate here.

In the meantime....Happy Pasta Eating!!!
