How Many Herbs Can You Find in this Dinner?

I love Weekend Herb Blogging, created by Kalyn of Kalyn's Kitchen and this week hosted by Anna of Anna's Cool Finds which is a very cool site indeed. Now it's not really a stretch for me to make a meal with one or two herbs (in fact, it's more of a stretch for me to do any cooking WITHOUT any herbs).

That said, this time around I outdid myself...with a very tasty herb bread from one of my favorite cookbooks Quick Vegetarian Pleasures. The texture is more like a cake, but it's savory and perfect to sop up the gravy of...

the delicious beer stew I've been drooling about ever since I caught the episode on Michael Smith's Chef at Home episode on FoodTV. And since, we're cutting down on potatoes I piled the stew on some mashed sweet potatoes that I naturally had to add some fresh thyme to. So how many herbs do you think I used today? Hint...you have to click on the links below.

Ruth, I love the idea of serving the stew over sweet potatoes. This looks great.
