Presto Pasta Night Reminder & KitchenAid Stand Mixer Giveaway

It's too beautiful to stay inside writing today.  But before I head out, I thought I'd share last night's pasta dish

Spicy Rapini Stuffed Girasoli with Sauteed Swiss Chard & Mushrooms

The girasoli is the latest fresh pasta I found at my local Atlantic Superstore  - three minutes to cook and you can toss it with pesto (store bought or homemade)  or simply use good olive oil and freshly grated Parmigiana-Reggiano or saute some lovely seasonal leafy greens like I did.
