Presto Pasta Night Roundup #274

I purposefully keep Presto Pasta Night theme free.  That way everyone can just be creative and share whatever pops into their head.  But somehow, it seems that most of the dishes take old classics, those traditional dishes our moms made, and took them to a whole new level.  Check it out

Stash of Simple Kitchen Seasons shares a very personal story and a wonderful bowl of comfort food - Spaghetti Norma.
Elizabeth, who writes The Law Students Cookbook shares a much yummier sounding tuna noodle casserole than the one I remember from my childhood.
Heather, GirliChef Supreme, is back with another take on an old standby - Lasagna with Turkey Meat Sauce from a cookbook that is definitely on my list - The Mom 100 Cookbook.
Tandy of Lavender and Lime shares another classic taken to a whole new level - Spaghetti and Meatballs will never be the same - Parmesan Meatballs With Saffron Pasta Alfredo.
Deb of Kahakai Kitchen does a Vegan version of Cheezy Tomato Pasta Bake, that even carnivores would love.
Last but definitely not least, Joanne who always Eats Well With Others, made an awesome Butternut Squash Agnolotti with Thai Peanut Sauce - and a chance to win some Buitoni pasta for yourself.
I, on the other hand was too busy looking after little boys while their parents were out of town, to do more than use some Colavita cavatappi - cute boingy tubes with some leftover spicy guacamole and smoked salmon....you can check out what else I threw in...very tasty, but no time for real "recipes" or photos.

Finally, I can share... thanks everyone for the tasty spins on old classics.   Once again, I'm hosting next week.  Tell your friends to join in the fun too.  Just share a recipe, mention Presto Pasta Nights and send the link to me - ruth (at) 4everykitchen (dot) com.
