Surprise Baked Mac 'n Cheese Collision of Goodnes

It's hard to see the stringy, cheesy goodness of my Surprise Baked Mac 'n Cheese, but trust me, it was there in spades... not to mention the the creamy factor and lots of crunch from the crisp panko topping. Perfect comfort food for our continued rainy, dreary weather.

I do love it when good things collide. My new iCookbook app with lots of cool features had a lovely baked mac 'n cheese ( that's what brought the gooey, stringy factor) and a couple of my own additions, the left over Roasted Herb & Garlic Spatchcock Chicken and the last of my sweet potato panko crumbs from the market, took it to a whole new level.
