Pasta Perfect Presto Pasta Night #212

Presto Pasta Night #212 may not be the longest roundup to date, but it certainly packs a perfect pasta punch! Thanks everyone for the terrific entries.

First in is Anu of My Only Facade sharing this heart-warming (I couldn't resist)Vegetable Parmesan Pasta Cake
Next up is MM of Seaside Simplicity with a gorgeous Pasta with Clams. Lots of clams in Nova Scotia, so this one will be on our table soon.
One of my favorite PPNers is Tigerfish of Teczcape. Her photos alwasy have me drooling and her dishes always taste as good as they look. Her Kale & Meatball Pasta is a case in point.
Stash of Spamwise Chronicles knows the way to my heart with this Lobster & Spicy Tomato Sauce Spaghetti.
Graziana of Erbe in Cucina is back with a wonderful looking Stuffed Paccheri (new pasta shape for me). I'm always a sucker for baked pasta and this one looks truly special.
MangoCheeks of Allotment2Kitchen is another PPN who shared wonderful dishes. Her Beetroot & Pearl Couscous would make any meal a party.
Katerina of Culinary Flavours (another awesome PPN regular) made a fantastic addition to my baked pasta dishes... Lasagna with Spinach. She even shares a photo tutorial.
It is obviously a PPNer regular week... Ching of Little Corner of Mine is back with a very interesting Korean Jajangmyeon Noodle dish. I'm going to have to bring a note when I go to the Asian market looking for the noodles. Even though I can't pronouce it... I know I'm going to love it.Who wouldn't with all that thick black bean sauce for flavour.
Three Cookies at Easily Good Eats (and this recipe is a great example of "good eats"). Check out his Spinach & Blue Cheese Pasta. And it only takes minutes to prepare.
Michelle of Food, Football & a Baby has a lovely blog. This time she shares a cooking adventure and a recipe for Homemade Pasta with Sun-dried Tomato & Olive Pesto.
And finally, it's my turn to share. Penne with Chickpea, Grilled Asparagus and Shrimp. It's from a great book I just got- Everyday Flexitarian: Recipes for Vegetarians and Meat lovers alike . I was going to make the vegetarian version, but couldn't resist adding a twist of my own...shrimp.
Thanks again, all, for a truly delicious roundup! Next week, we're very lucky to have Jacqueline of Tinned Tomatoes is our fantastic host. Send your entries to tinnedtomatoes (at) googlemail (dot) com and cc ruth (at) 4everykitchen (dot) com by Thursday, May 12. Check back for the roundup next Friday, May 13 - a great good luck day, if only for the pasta!
