Ooh, this looks perfect. I love Indian food but the one cookbook I have is so involved. Would be nice to be able to have some simple recipes in my repertoire, thanks.
I'm not a big fan of Indian food, it always seems to taste powdery to me. But both of these recipes look wonderful!
