We each lost more than five pounds and one inch in one week of The South Beach Diet Supercharged ! I've written about it here. The meals are great, the exercise very managable...even for me. What's twenty minutes a day, afterall.
Last nigh't dinner was a very fun Chicken Meatloaf with Mushrooms & Beans served with some steamed broccoli (my Honey's lunch today)
And my awesome lunch today...(his tomorrow) was Provencal Bean & Herb Soup (top of post) that took no time at all to prepare....Five minutes to throw it together and less than 20 minutes to cook! How easy is that...not to mention absolutely delicious.
