Chili Mac - Photo & Recipe

With all the joyful chaos of bringing a new baby into the world...it's hard work even for a Grandma...I finally got to make some Chili Mac, take a photo and write up the recipe for My Favorite Chili.

I know it looks like Spaghetti Bolognese, but the taste is quite different. I used Bucantini, so the pasta itself is thicker and the "sauce" has a definite Tex Mex something to it as well. I do hope you like it.

Auntie Sharron & Grandma took Boaz to a restaurant to celebrate being a big brother

and then off to one of his favorite places...the library. Of course the train set always seems to take priority over the books there. He prefers his reading at home.

Little Dov doesn't seem nearly as excited as the rest of us to head home. He just takes everything in stride.
