Temporary Home for Presto Pasta Night #87

This is just the temporary home of Presto Pasta Night #87 until The Cooking Diva overcomes technical issues. So if you sent in an entry to Chef Melissa last week and want to be included just send your link here to ruth (at) 4everykitchen (dot) com so I can do a running roundup...meaning I'll keep adding entries as they come in....which also means you might want to check back occasionally.

Let's start the ball rolling with Joker Girl of Were Rabbits with a mouth-watering Gnocchi with Chanterelles that looks fantastic.

Then City Girl of City Girl Lifestyle shared this Cowboy Spaghetti...I'm throwing my stetson in the air with a big "YEEE - HAW!"

Mary of One Perfect Bite sent this in, but I don't think I can stop at just one bite! Check out this fantastic Fusilli with Fennel, Sausage & Wine. I'm raising a glass to this one right now....shhh, don't tell anyone that it's only 4PM as I write this...I'm sure it's after 5 somewhere.

Patsy of Family, Friends & Food shares this no-recipe-zone Herbed Chicken & Pasta...what can I say, except, I want some.

Jin Hooi of Smell & Taste are My Memory shared this special dish of Fettuccine with Pesto, Pancetta and Mushrooms. Can you think of a better combination?

Ricki of Diet, Dessert & Dogs has a great story to tell...really and the pasta sounds fantastic too...Date Pasta (you'll have to read her post to understand).

Gaga in the Kitchen shares a variation of one of my favorite pasta dishes...Pesto Chicken with Green Beans Pasta. Don't you love the look of farfalle (or bow ties in my house)

Nilmandra of Soy and Pepper made the most beautiful Mediterranean Pasta Salad. I love all her Bento Boxes. This is one I'll be saving for next Summer.

Hillary of Chew on That shared a fabulous looking Rigatoni with Vodka Sauce & Chicken and proves you don't have to do everything from scratch to have a terrific meal.

Chef Melissa herself just got her dish in before her challenges. It's called Codito Con Tuna or Macaroni & Tuna Salad in English. Her's sounds more exotic, but either way takes me back to my childhood.

My entry was excellent, if I do say so myself...Pasta with Pecorino & Pepper.

If you're reading this and don't see your PPN #87 entry, send me an email ruth (at)4everykitchen (dot) com and I'll add it to the list.

And don't forget to send me some tasty treat for this coming Friday.

I'm not a big pasta fan but I have to say the cowboy spaghetti looks scrummy!
