I'm a Happy Camper

I just found out that I came third in the first cooking contest held on Blog from Italy in conjuction with one of my very favorite magazines La Cucina Italiana . And the news that I'd won a year's subscription came just a day after going to the only magazine shop in Halifax that used to sell it and finding out that they're not carrying it. So how doubly special is that!

Congratulations Ruth. I love that magazine. How fitting that a pasta queen should win and ironic that it's with a beet and pumpkin soup.
