Spain...On The Road Again

I do love cooking shows...well, some of them anyway. Recently, I was told about a road trip show with Mario Batali, Mark Bittman (if you've read more than 5 of my posts, you know I love his style), Gwyneth Paltrow and Claudia Bassols. Basically...they tour Spain, interview cool foodies and cook....definitely my kind of show.

However....I don't get a PBS station that has the series, so I can't get to see the show...bummer! If you do...I envy you, because the YouTube clips and the Spain..On The Road Again blog provide such tantalizing snippets.

For instance, this week Claudia made some gorgeous looking mushrooms with egg yolks...at least I can read about it on the blog.

If you're like me there are some real options for following the series.... we can order the book or DVD on their website or purchase episodes from iTunes and live vicariously through that. Now I just have to choose which way to go.
