I wanted to make something different than my usual - "boil pasta, add something from the fridge and eat" kind of pasta. Add to that the current weather...blustery 5C/41F outdoors and I knew I needed a hearty baked pasta dish.
It's been while since I stuffed shells and it made me smile just thinking about it. In fact, it took less time to make it than it's taking to write it up!
