My Presto Pasta Dish - Baked Stuffed Pasta Shells

It is Thursday, which means tomorrow is Presto Pasta Night...number 86, at that. I'm hosting this week, so send all your fabulous dishes to me at ruth@4everykitchen.com and I'll add them to what looks to be a very delicious roundup.

I wanted to make something different than my usual - "boil pasta, add something from the fridge and eat" kind of pasta. Add to that the current weather...blustery 5C/41F outdoors and I knew I needed a hearty baked pasta dish.

It's been while since I stuffed shells and it made me smile just thinking about it. In fact, it took less time to make it than it's taking to write it up!
