I made some delicious Blueberry Buckwheat Pancakes this morning from my new fave cookbook Blue Eggs & Yellow Tomatoes
(much more about it tomorrow) that I thought you'd all enjoy...whether you're a mother or not. And I made mine on my brand new Griddler...a wonderful gift from my Honey! Now I'm off to relax before heading out to my daughter and son-in-law's where all the moms get to enjoy some Chinese Take Out and no cooking.

Thanks Rosa, they were tasty and there are even a few left over for my grandson's visit tomorrow morning.
Happy Mothers Day Ruth...I guess it is at the end of your day as I write but I'm sure you had a nice day.
Those pancakes look very fat and juicy, bet they tasted real good!
