Presto Pasta Night Roundup #47

And another fantastic pasta week! I know you're all going to have a great time checking out all these wonderful dishes.

First in (actually late Friday), is Georgia of Oh Kitchen, What Won't You Do? who tried to get this in for last week...technology glitches didn't let that happen, but here it is and well worth waiting for...Campanelle with Mushrooms & Artichokes.

Sharona May of Birdfood knows great comfort food - Here's her Pasta with Spinach & White Beans. I love it! Calms me down just thinking about it.

Cyndi over at Ruminations shares this fun Baked P'Sketti - even the name takes you back to being a kid.

Mike at Mike's Table had an interesting adventure with his new pasta maker, but you'll have to go there to check it out. Isn't this ravioli threesome stunning?!

Ferdzy of Seasonal Ontario Foods is back with a wonderful dish of Pasta with a Creamy Leek & Mushroom Sauce. Check out the gorgeous bowls too!

Gay, the Scientist in the Kitchen is back, or rather her dad is with this Filipino Spaghetti - sweet and spicy...sounds wonderful. I wonder if her dad travels....

Sarah of What Smells So Good? tricked a few carnivores with this Cheesy Lasagna. I'm going to try it out myself.

Ulrike of Kuchenlatein is back. Her sons love to make pasta every week and this week they came up with this lovely Pumpkin & Pine Nut Tagliatelle. I can't think of anything more fun than making pasta with my kids, even if they are all grown up.

Kevin of Closet Cooking definitely knows what the best dish is for this cold, cold weather...Minestrone with Sausages & Squash. I need a bowlful right now!

Jaime over at Good Eats 'n Sweet Treats had a little bout of forgetfulness in the kitchen that created two wonderful dishes...here's one option of Presto Pesto Pasta.

Tami, at Cooking the Books did a great post and I don't know which I liked more...the Spaghetti with Dried Cherries, Chard & Walnuts or that beautiful bread! You have to check it out.

Alisha at Cook Craft Enjoy always shares something perfect for the moment. This time it's exactly what I needed (because it's almost dinner time as I write) Sweet Hot Pasta..with stuff that's on hand - a perfect inspiration point.

And before I share this great pasta dish sent in by Katie at Other People's Food I have to share my own little saga. I received an email on Jan 16th. Somehow another entry lost in email ether. I saved the photo to my roundup file but didn't label it well and by the time I started writing the roundup (yesterday) I couldn't remember who sent it. After much...and I do mean MUCH searching (I was going to post the picture and ask for the owner) I finally found it. This Baked Goat Cheese and Winter Squash over Homemade Garlicy Fettucine was really worth the searching. Definitely worth the hunt, don't you think?

And Elly at Elly Says Opa! made this mouth-watering dish of Orzo with Swiss Chard and Roasted Artichoke Hearts....I'm drooling!

Holler, at Tinned Tomatoes shares her first PPN of 2008. I'm hoping for many more this year. This one brings summer to our wintery table... Avocado, Roasted Tomatoes & Pesto.

Sher at What Did You Eat? has the perfect cure for rainy days and running noses...Udon Soup. Don't you feel better already?

Margot at Coffee & Vanilla made a lovely, and healthful Mushroom & Sundried Tomato Pesto.

Katie at Thyme for Cooking shares another great post...and a particularly wonderful dish of Mushroom & Chicken Lasagna.

Terry at Got No Milk brings a glorious Italian Wedding Soup to the party. It's perfect...colourful, hot & steamy, so healthy...

Kittie over at Kittens in the Kitchen share this Orecchietti with Sausage & Broccoli and I'm waiting for my plateful.

Mike at Mel's Diner shares this creamy Chicken & Artichoke Pasta. I love the combo of nutmeg & cayenne. And I know my sister would love it...it's white!

Psychgrad of Equal Opportunity Kitchen shares a favorite memory dish...Lasagna. If you're like me you have one of those too.

Kitschow joins the PPN fun for the first time with this fantastic looking Chow Mein. I can't wait to dig in.

Lalaine at The Cook Mobile had to buy the cute peppers and came up with this tasty Penne with Sausages & Peppers.

And my dish, this time, thanks to Joanna (my daughter – the one with the pasta maker), we made Stained Glass Pappardelle with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Sauce.

Don't forget to join in the fun for next week and please visit the Presto Pasta Gang on Facebook.

As always...a very big thank you to all of you for playing along and visiting every week!!! I know 2008’s Presto Pasta meals will be amazing.

Great job! That roundup is gorgeous!

I'll have to participate again... Unfortunately, lately, I had no interesting pasta recipe to share with you (plain stuff)!

Cheers,

Rosa
