First in this week...well actually she was just a hair late last week and with Jewish Holiday fasting and feasting here...I didn't get to see it until Sunday. But enough excuses from me...Abby of Eat the Right Stuff brings some unique ingredients to this Linguine -Oak Roasted Cherry Tomatoes & Frozen Soy Beans. What do you think my chances are for finding them in Halifax?
Another early entry is from Katie at Other People's Food with this absolutely spectacular Hazelnut Ricotta & Lemon Pesto from Bon Appetit. I did ear mark it myself, but never got around to it. Thanks for putting it back at the top of my list.
Abby of Eat the Right Stuff actually is back with a second great dish - two in one week! This Courgette (Squash) with Lemon Fettucelle brings some sunshine into a very grey and rainy day here.
Amy of Life of a Newlywed is back with a very simple dish made from stuff on hand...Here's her Lazy Garlic, Lemon & Chicken Pasta.
Val at More Than Burnt Toast was worried that she didn't change a thing with this Baked Pasta with Tomatoes and Mozzarella from Jamie Oliver. Sounds perfectly divine to me.
The lovely Sara of I Like to Cook did a pasta challenge with a Rachel Ray recipe and one by Sandra Lee. Her winner was the Angel Hair Pasta with Roasted Peppers, Feta & Herb Dressing. You'll have to check out her blog to see who's dish it was and do the test yourself.
Mona of Monaafzal shares a fantastic dish of Spiral Veg Chicken Pasta. I can't wait to dig in.
Mike of Mike's Food has been visiting (lurking is such an ugly word) and finally decided to share. His Pumpkin Gnocchi is wonderful and he even shares step-by-step photos. So no excuses people...start cooking.
Alisha of Cook, Craft & Enjoy is trying to get her daughter to cook. You have to read the post yourself. I won't give anything away except the dish - Perfect Pasta Alla Adrienne.
Katie at Thyme for Cooking also has a great post about answering questions...Check it out and don't forget to check out the gorgeous Tomato, Avocado & Mozzarella Pasta Salad with Sausages.
Lisa of Lisa's Kitchen shares another End-of-Summer Salad that looks wonderful. The weather here can't make its mind up...summer...fall...this recipe is perfect either way.
Gattina of Kitchen Unplugged hasn't been around here for a while, but this time she serves up a stunning Quail's Egg Medallion with a garnish of Fried Vermicelli - close enough to be a pasta dish for me!
Agnes of Off the Spork is a first time PPNer and she has a great looking dish of Cheesy Pasta with Asparagus and Cauliflower.
Ulrike of Kuchenlatein is back with a perfect Fall dish - Squash Lasagna. It's exactly what the lonely squash on my counter and the sheets of homemade lasagna in my freezer are calling for.
Tigerfish of Teczcape is back with my favorite comfort food...Baked Pasta with Spicy Sausages.
Dayna, the fabulous Vegan Visitor returns with another great Fall dish - Pasta e Fagiola. A special soup for a blustery day. I have a feeling there will be many of them ahead.
Breadchick of The Sour Dough is rushing off and hasn't even packed. No time for anything but some quick zapping of Linguine with Meatballs. Nothing does zapping better than pasta.
Anna of Morsels & Musings shares this great dish of Spelt Fettucine with Hazelnuts & Goat Cheese. Wow!
Haalo of Cook (Almost) Anything is back. This week she's in Florence and cooked up an awesome looking dish of Pici with Fresh Porcini and Pecorino. I wish I was there!
Finally, it's my turn and like many others here this week, it's some quick comfort food. Mushroom Lumaconi...think giant macaroni tossed with sauteed mushrooms in a store bought sauce.
Don't forget to join in the fun for next week and please visit the Presto Pasta Gang on Facebook.
As always...a very big thank you to all of you for playing along and visiting every week!!!

I shouldn't have stopped by here before my lunch. My stomach is rumbling! Yours looks divine. I've never heard of lumaconi pasta, but that dish looks sooo good right now.
I just wanted to tell you that:
1. I wound up picking up some pasta for lunch in honor of PPRN!
2. I've been recommending people to submit their great pasta dishes that I've come across to PPRN!
Keep up the good work.
Thanks Hillary. The more the merrier!
A year has only 52 weeks, no chance to try all the wonderfull pasta dishes. Great roundup, as always.
Another great round-up! I hope that I'll soon have the time to share a new recipe with you...
