Apple Bounty from the Annapolis Valley

I really did want to make the Polish Apple Tart from A Treasury of Jewish Holiday Baking for this post letting you all know about my article for Food for Thought.

Somehow, though, the book, with it's spine still cracked open at page 98 is going to have to wait a little longer. That said, there are still some great links on the article to help you use up all those delicious apples you picked. What!?! YOU didn't go apple picking. Too really is a fun outing. not to worry, the markets are stock full of apples and since this really is the best time of year for them...crunchy, juicy, sweet and tart....What are you waiting for!

Oh how I love apples! Especially apple cider! I just don't like apples with chocolate :)
