It's week 21 - we're all grown up now so let's share a glass of wine! Even more amazing, there are only 5 more weeks to the big 26 - Six Months of Presto Pasta Nights! I can hardly believe it - week after week of amazing pasta dishes from all over the world.
Alisha of Cook, Craft, Enjoy is back with a fabulous Pasta Primavera with Chicken. She just bought a new house so I'm looking forward to what her new kitchen will produce. Good luck with everything, Alisha!
Dharm, the Dad, Baker & Chef returns with a very interesting Peachy Chicken Pasta. Usually my pasta dishes are savory and spicy. This one sounds sweet and rich. I'll definitely have to give it a try.
Hillary of Chew on That joins us for the first time with a wonderful Pasta With Meat Sauce. This one uses some ready made sauce as a base, so it's great for those last minute dinners with no time to cook. By adding something fresh (like sauteeing ground meat, or fresh herbs) you bring it all to life and in under 15 minutes. What could be better!
Gilli of So So Simple Food always shares lovely dishes with us and this time is no exception. Roasted Vegetable & Tuna Pasta Nicoise is perfect for summer! In fact, I'm having visions of sitting out on the dock by the lake with a chilled glass of wine and a heaping plateful.
Pam of Backyard Pizzeria couldn't resist joining us for this special PPN party and I'm glad she did. Her Chicken Pasta with Basil Pesto is high on my list of favorite dishes. She made two versions...which is your favorite? This one is mine.
Chris of Mele Cotte, another PPN regular I'm happy to say, created this mouth-watering Sausage & Orzo Caprese. A great summer dish if ever there was one.
This next entry is from Sathya and Elizabeth of The Baker & The Curry Maker. It's a mouth-watering Blue Vein Agnolotti. So for those of you out there who love strong blue cheeses...this one is definitely for you.
Katie of Thyme for Cooking is a terrific PPN regular and this time it's all about a picnic...Oriental Pasta Salad, great for picnics - inside or out!
Sara of I Like to Cook (another of my very favorite foodies) is finally hot...too hot to heat up the kitchen so she came up with this awesome Soba Salad. It will taste great by the lake....or anywhere, for that matter.
Myriam of Once Upon a Tart (another fave of mine) returns with this absolutely beautiful Deluxe Mushroom Lasagna. And while all lasagnas are wonderful...this one tops them all.
The sensational Sher of What Did You Eat? is back with a purely simple, and simply delicious Pasta with Fresh Tomatoes, Basil & Garlic. Perfection in a bowl!
Sarah of Cucina Bella is back with this dynamite Kitchen Sink Mai Fun. Lots of great ingredients make this a must do dish.
Kevin, the Closet Cooking King and another super PPN regular, brings Fettucini with Fava Bean Pesto. I've always loved pesto but never used anything but basil before PPN. Now there are so many versions to choose from and this one sounds extra-special.
The fabulous Rosa of Rosa's Yummy Yums is finally back with these homemade Orecchiette. Doesn't this photo look like little shortbread cookies? She teamed them up with a light tomato sauce, but you'll have to check her site to see that photo. I'm sticking with this one.
Sometimes the best dish of pasta is the one with the least amount of ingredients - perfect for those days when one is too hot to cook, too sick to cook, too tired to cook....For those days Ani, the Foodie Chickie makes Spaetzle with nothing but butter & Parmesan cheese.
Nora from Life's Smorgasbord , another terrific PPNer, is back with this delightful Ginger & Sesame Braised Noodles. It's a great combination of flavors and perfect for any type of weather.
Dayna, the Vegan Visitor has an amazing blog. I love spending time there even though I'm so far from a vegetarian it's not funny. Her dishes appeal even to me-Carnivore Supremo- and this particular Pan Fried Bruschetta Gnocchi is awesome!
Haalo of Cook (Almost) Anything always shares delightful dishes with us. It's getting really cold "Down Under" and this Quadrattini with Micro Herb Soup will keep the chill out. It will work too for the rest of us when we finally get some rainy, damp summer days north of the equator.
Katie of Other People's Food, and a great PPN contributor came up with this excellent dish inspired by Jamie Oliver (a favorite of mine) of Rigatoni with Eggplant. Like Katie, I have to sneak eggplant (my fave) into dishes. So double thanks for sharing.
Julie, the Persnickety Palate joins us for the first time (of many, I hope) and shares another fava dish. This time it's Fresh Fava Gnocchi. Hmmm, two gnocchi dishes this roundup, I guess I will have to give gnocchi another try.
CTL, from Feeding the Boys shares my all-time favorite combo - Shrimps & Spanish Chorizo on Pasta. Nothing could be better.
And finally my own contribution - festive Vegetable Corkscrews topped with Scallops & Snowpeas Poached in White Wine... we ARE of legal age, after all!
So anyone out there with a pasta dish, I will continue to add submissions until Saturday . After that, I will add them to next week's PPN Event. So don't forget to join in with the rest of us Presto Pasta Nighters. It's easy and fun. Remember that ALL noodles dishes count as pasta and "presto" (ready) or "lento" (slow) are perfect. Find out how right here. In the meantime... Happy Pasta Eating!!!

A great recap, as always.
Now, could you please tell me which one to try first? I can't seem to decide, they all look soooo good! Maybe I'll go for something with fresh tomatoes... or maybe some scallops... chicken is good....
Katie, you're on your own as to which one first. Wouldn't it be great to have a live smorgasbord of all the entries?!
