Welcome to the third Presto Pasta Night Roundup. Not too many entries this week, but all of them look very tasty. So get out your favorite pasta bowl and dig in to some very fine fare.
First in, is the witty and charming Maurice (he's a Staub Le Cocotte and so good looking, I had to share his photo. Isn't he handsome? (Sher at What did you eat? let him write). He's not only funny, he cooks up a great papparadelle with chicken in red wine.
Then Alisha from Cook, Craft, Enjoy joined the party and brought this delightful orzo salad that also has quinoa and baby garbanzo beans. I can see it in my summer picnic basket already!
Anh of Food Lover's Journey has had a hectic week, but as usual, managed to come up with this scrumptious looking Fettuccini with Red Capsicum Sauce. Doesn't capsicum sound so much more exotic than red peppers?
Haalo of Cook (almost) Anything is also back. This time with some spectacular photos and a lip-smacking recipe of Spaghetti in garlic oil with chilies, fresh sage and prawns. Talk about my version of heaven on a plate!
And finally, my own pasta with an Asian twist - Ginger Chicken & Spinach over Grilled Vermicelli.
I will be adding late additions to this week's Presto Pasta Night until Saturday. Any I receive after that will be part of next week's PPN Event. So don't forget to join the fun. Remember that ALL noodles dishes count as pasta for this fun event. Find out how to participate here.
In the meantime....Happy Pasta Eating!!!
