Brownies in a Box - What a Treat!

First I must clarify - this is not a paid advertisement and the last cake mix I made was when I was in high school. But my cousin brought me my birthday present a little early and we just had to try it out. Ina Garten, the Barefoot Contessa has come out with a new line of products - baking mixes and I got the Outrageous Chocolate Brownie Mix

and outrageously fabulous is putting it mildly!

Not only did I eat some last night, I sheepishly admit that was my breakfast this morning. So much for South Beach Dieting - oops. What more can I say - you have got to give them a try. I may never bake my own recipe again.
