We're starting 2007 by getting back to some South Beach Diet basics and I thought I'd share this awesome cauliflower dish with an Indian twist. It was on the back cover of January 2007 issue of fine Cooking Magazine - one of my favorites.
I made it pretty much as the magazine suggested and served it with some grilled strip loin steaks (they're lean but still juicy and flavorful). But that wasn't the end for this very flavorful dish....
The leftovers made an absolutely lovely and healthful frittata. I used 2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites, so I don't even have to feel guilty about cholesterol levels.
