Sacchettini with Salsa Verde
KitchenAid KPEXTA Stand-Mixer Pasta-Extruder Attachment which creates some amazing pastas I always thought I'd have to buy... like Bucatini (my favorite long tubular pasta perfect for thick meat sauces...Quick to prepare, or Slowly simmered), Rigatoni, fusilli, large & small macaroni.
Olivieri Sacchettini stuffed with chicken or bacon (found in the deli department of most large grocery stores) and whip up the Salsa Verde while the water was boilling. All I had to do was toss the drained pasta... which only took 2 minutes to cook...with some of the salsa, a sprinkle of grated Parmesan and a drizzle of good olive oil (this time, the last of my organic Al'Ard olive oil from the Middle East). It was soooooo good that we ate the entire potful ... enough for four... could have gone for thirds... if there had been any! Lucky for my waistline, there wasn't any left.
