So what's your favorite rhubarb recipe? I just discovered that my Honey is not a rhubarb fan...oh well, that means more for me.

Ruth, my favorite way to fix rhubarb is to slice it thinly, toss generously with sugar, and roast it just as I would veggies. Then I serve it over vanilla ice cream. Yum.

I so love rhubarb fresh from my father's garden!! You can do so much with rhubarb & this tarte looks so tasty & full of flavour!!
