And fortunately for me, I received an early gift of Giada's Kitchen: New Italian Favorites so how could I not make a pasta dish from it (she's got tons!)
Pasta with Shrimp, Arugula & Lemon Oil
This one is perfect for the holidays...in fact, it will make any night a holiday. I always have shrimps in my freezer and you can use whatever greens happen to be in the fridge. This time I followed Giada and used baby arugula. Fantastic!
