WCC Part 2 - Ming Tsai's Black Bean Chicken & Tofu Stir Fry

I do hope I'm still in time for Weekend Cookbook Challenge -TV Chefs...Part one tells the story. Part two is the icing on the cake. Well...no icing, no cake, just a very delicious Black Bean Chicken & Tofu Stir Fry. Even Boaz loved it.

And I definitely have to whip up another batch of the Fermented Black Bean & Garlic Sauce. It was so flavorful ... I can't wait to do something with shrimp.

Fermented Black Bean and Garlic - will be good with some ribs.

Sara, so good, so easy and...even better...the ingredients aren't hard to find.

tigerfish...I know and I'm so excited that this morning I'm running out to buy more scallions & ginger to whip up a huge batch.

I'm thinking shrimp, ribs, chicken & baby bok choy, beef & eggplant...I'm drooling, just thinking about the options.
