Presto Pasta Night Roundup # 41

Lots of people seem to be suffering from the cold this week and many of the Presto Pasta Night dishes are of the rib sticking, comfort variety. So, without further ado....

First in this week is Snowflake from Cook & Relax. Not only is she a first time PPNer, she shares her very first post EVER with us. Thanks and welcome to the world of Foodies! And thanks for a great looking dish of Pasta with Black Olive Sauce.

Gay, my favorite Scientist in the Kitchen shares a very special noodle dish with us - Sotanghon with Mushrooms & Carrots.

Julie of the Persnickety Palate does up an awesome dish of Penne with Brussels Sprouts & Bacon and - no, don't turn your nose up - Brussels Sprouts are delicious!

Cara of Cara's Cravings is back with a no pasta pasta....zucchini "noodles" with Tomato Turkey Sauce. This one is perfect for low carb days, especially with the holiday feasting approaching.

Alisha of Cook, Craft, Enjoy brings an easy and very yummy Pasta & Sausage dish...some of my fave ingredients.

Ani the Foodie Chickie is back with a delicious looking Fettucine Alfredo with Ham & Corn...early birthday dinner for her hubby. It's his favorite and probably will be ours too!

Glenna of A Fridge Full of Food is back. She's not well, poor thing, but this Turkey & Orzo Soup should cures whatever ails her.

Deborah of What's In My Kitchen? has been PPN lurking for a while and finally decided to join in the fun. So glad she did with this heavenly Chicken Pasta with Creamy Brie Sauce.

Kaykat of Cooking from A to Z shares this "truly Presto Pasta", all cooked up and eaten in less than an hour and it looks so inviting!

Abby of Eat The Right Stuff is back with a fantastic Chicken & Squash Lasagna. I really could eat a helping right now!

Tigerfish of Teczcape is back after a little hiatus and she shares an truly mouth watering and eye catching Stir Fry Linguine with Shredded Duck.

Katie of Thyme For Cooking, a great PPNer, whipped up this Savory Beef Pasta that's perfect for our cold weather.

Judith of Think On It is back too. Apparently almost everyone in Italy is sick and she's ready for their recovery with this Mennonite Pasta with Creamy Ham Sauce. Perhaps we can just eat some without having to get sick first!

Michael over at Herbivoracious brings a double whammy Double Crusted Mac 'n Cheese. There are no words. You have to check it out especially if you love the crust!

Sher of What Did You Eat? - another terrific PPNer - shares this wonderful Gemelli Alla Matriciana. Seriously...how delicious does this look?

Haalo of Cook (Almost) Anything brings a great dish, especially lovely for party finger foods. Check out the Rice Paper Rolls Stuffed with Vermicelli and other goodies.

And I sort of feel like the host who thought everyone was coming tomorrow and got caught with her hair in rollers and big fuzzy pink bunny slippers with nothing to serve but leftovers! Oh well, this Mascarpone Mac 'n Cheese was tasty indeed - even without a crust!

Don't forget to join in the fun for next week and please visit the Presto Pasta Gang on Facebook.

As always...a very big thank you to all of you for playing along and visiting every week!!!

Great looking round-up! But I prefer you to keep your colds on that side of the pond. I think I can enjoy these yummy dishes without it!
And I hope everyone is feeling better!

I'm especially partial to cheese sauces and stir-fries - not the most 'healthy', I know. ;-)
