Every week is a great week here at Presto Pasta Nights and this week is no different. Fantastic dishes and many of them in answer to a reader's request for non cheesy pastas for her husband who has allergies. The Presto Pasta Night crew really came to the rescue. Of course there are also a bunch of really cheesy dishes too. I'm sure this roundup will keep everyone happy.
First up this week...because I wasn't paying enough attention last week...and I do apologize profusely to Madhuli of My Food Court. She sent a fantastic looking dish of Farfalle with Lima Beans early in the week and somehow, I missed it when it was time to actually put the roundup together. So here it is in all it's glory and again, Madhuli...my apologies. Please send us more great pasta dishes.

For all you gardeners with an abundance of tomatoes and a pantry/freezer already stuffed with home-made sauce, here's another fantastic option. And for those of you like me...well, the farmers' markets are loaded with tomatoes of every shape and size.
Dharm of Dad, Baker & Chef has a great post ...go try his short but telling quiz and then as a prize...try his great Leftover Lasagna.

Katie of Thyme for Cooking is back with one of my all time favorite salads - Salade Nicoise. She thinks it's one of the last for summer, but I love it any time of year. It reminds me of a visit to Nice a million years ago. I can still see myself there, on a terrace cafe eating a perfect salad with a baguette....mmmmh!
Haalo of Cook (Almost) Anything has a fantastic looking Fettucine with Meatballs and an excellent trick to keep the meatballs from drying out.
