Presto Pasta Night #30!!!

We've hit the BIG 30 without a wrinkle, feeling as fresh as....homemade pasta? No groaning, please .... That's better. I'm just so happy that the great pasta dishes still come rolling in every week. Now...let's just get down to the business of sharing great pasta dishes.

First in...Judith of Think On It with a new camera and a quick and easy, hot and spicy Cherry Tomato & Cherry Pepper Pasta. Sounds great!

Ramona of Pie a la Mona is a first time PPNer and I really hope she plans of coming here often. She shares a wonderful story and great family (3 generations) recipe for Rigatoni with Meatballs.

Kevin, my favorite Closet Cooking fiend found 3 terrific ways to serve Caponata...naturally I'll share the photo of the pasta.

Lauren of Burghilicious is another PPN newbie and she shares an awesome looking dish of Spicy Noodles. They may be served at room temperature but they look HOT!

Ulrike of Kuchenlatein is back with another gorgeous pasta dish. The fanciful noodles are called Mafaldine with a Beef Ragout. You have to read the post to find out the story.

Robin, who THINKS she's a Clumsy Cook is back with a fantastic story and a glorious dish of Farmer's Market Carbonara. Of course we'll have to go to the West Windsor Farmer's Market in Central Jersey for the ingredients.

Val of More Than Burnt Toast is back with a lovely (I'm drooling) Pasta with Vodka Cream Sauce.

Katie over at Thyme for Cooking is having problems with her wine, but she certainly isn't having any problems with her Herbed Orzo Risotto. And don't forget to check out her Veal Saltimbocca that goes with it...or is it the other way around.

Haalo of Cook (Almost) Anything visits us from Italy - lucky girl! And she still had time to make us some Purple Potato Gnocchi. Quite the show stopper, don't you think.

Mansi of Food and Fun is back with a really great dish. This is not your classic Fettuccini Alfredo, but it certainly sounds awesome.

The Bread Chick of The Sour Dough shares a great story about a new friend that inspired her Kid-Food-for-dinner Pasta & Dogs. Who says being a grown-up can't be fun.

Alisha of Cook, Craft, Enjoy is back with another kid food all grown up. This one is a Mac & Cheese Carbonara a la Bobby Flay.

Katie of Other People's Food is back with a fabulous Donna Hay dish. I love Donna Hay and this recipe is an example of why....Lemon & Garlic Prawn Pasta....need I say more?!

Silvana of Landcroft House is a first time PPNer and she shares a family favorite Bucatini with Brascioli. I love the look of the pasta and I know the finished dish will be divine.

Helen of Fuss Free Flavors is back. She's doing the South Beach Diet, so this time around she shares a Chili Chorizo Chickpea Pretend Pasta. If you close your eyes...you'll never know there are no noodles!

Oops! I somehow missed Tara from Should You Eat That? And it would have been a pity. She shares two great lasagna dishes adapted from two great magazines. Head over and check them out.

And although Sab of Le Plaisir de Gourmandise didn't actually mention Presto Pasta Nights in his post, I couldn't help but mention his Chocolate Pasta with White Chocolate Sauce. But next time (and everyone else please) send me an email at ruth AT 4everykitchen DOT com and mention Presto Pasta Nights.

Marye of Apron Strings & Simmering Things shares a fantastic Pumpkin Ravioli with a Walnut Sauce. How awesome is that. She's still working out the kinks in taking photos...so we'll give her some slack...I know the feeling - new home, new lighting, new ways to take photos.

I actually made a real pasta meal this week - Pasta Alla Boscaiola - a very rich and earthy dish starring Porcini mushrooms.

Don't forget to join in the fun for next week and please visit the Presto Pasta Gang on Facebook.

As always...a very big thank you to all of you for playing along and visiting every week!!!
