Getting in the Groove

It's Saturday morning and everyone seems to be getting in the groove. Here's Daddy & Bo in his Bjorn and Mummy nearby, both working away while Grandma makes an easy breakfast and Poppa sets the table.

The simple dish of Herbs & Goat Cheese Scramble and toast is not only fast and almost effortless to prepare, it's delicious too. This time, instead of the usual chopped up fresh herbs like basil, oregano & parsley or cilantro & jalapeno peppers, I used some of the left over chermoula from last night's Moroccan Carrot Soup.

And best of all, it means I finally get back into my own groove and actually have two entries for this week's WHB created by Kalyn of Kalyn's Kitchen and this week hosted by Scott at RealEpicurean.
