South Beach Diet Day 12 - Crab & Avocado Salad and Ginger Chicken & Snow Pea Stir Fry
Well it's actually almost suppertime of South Beach Diet - Day 13 as I write this and honestly, today was nothing special so far. ...mini quiches for breakfast, ham and cheese omelet for lunch and some vanilla yoghurt for afternoon snack. Tonight we're off to my in-laws for supper and will have to work hard to avoid all the carbs that will be on the table. I'll keep you posted.
Yesterday, though was great. And after all my whining about lunches.
As for supper, we had some Ginger Chicken with Snow Peas & Mushrooms as the main course....very tasty if I do say so myself (although my Honey agrees with me) and much better than our dinner out the other night. Let's see if you can guess what we had for dessert....no?...Jello for me and vanilla ricotta creme for him - IS there anything else?
Well we're off to dinner and I'm planning an awesome dessert (Sunday or Monday) to celebrate the end of Phase One, so stay tuned.
