Asian Sesame Salad (peeking out from under the cilantro roasted fish)
Adapted from Bonnie Stern’s HeartSmart Cooking for Family and Friends
Prep time: 5 minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp your favorite spicy mustard – mine’s anything by Kozlik, this time I used their Niagara Blend
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
½ to 1 tsp hot chili paste
4-5 cups of mixed salad greens – a nice option is baby spinach leaves
Directions:
1. Mix everything except the lettuce in a small bowl.
2. Place the salad greens in a large bowl, pour the dressing over and toss.
I particularly love this with cilantro roasted fish
