Asian Coleslaw

Asian Coleslaw peeking out behind the boring chicken fingers

Prep time: 10 minutes

Serves 4


½ head of Nappa cabbage, shredded
4 scallions/green onions, finely chopped
4 tbsp dark sesame oil
4 tbsp rice wine vinegar

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Toss, taste for seasoning and serve.

How easy was that!
I think this would be really great with marinated flank steak.
