The girasoli is the latest fresh pasta I found at my local Atlantic Superstore - three minutes to cook and you can toss it with pesto (store bought or homemade) or simply use good olive oil and freshly grated Parmigiana-Reggiano or saute some lovely seasonal leafy greens like I did.
