Presto Pasta Night #275

Quite a lovely roundup for the middle of summer when everyone is off doing summery stuff.  Thanks everyone for sharing some tasty treats and great stories too...

Simona of Briciole, a PPN regular shares a wonderful tutorial to make one of my favorite pasta shapes... which I admit to only purchasing...until now.  Orecchiette al Sugo.   How cute are those little pasta cups!
Janet from The Taste Space shares this amazing vegan dish of Sexy Saucy Noodles.  If you don't mention the word "vegan" to your loyal carnivores, they'll never know and ask for seconds!
Kirsten of From Kirsten's Kitchen to Yours is back with a wonderful vegan Thai Green Curry Noodles.
Tandy of Lavender & Lime spent a wonderful day at a function organized by Astral Foods.  She didn't make it to the abattoir (not saying I'd want to check one out any time soon), but the resto of the day seemed awesome... as does her Chicken Pasta.
Tigerfish of Teczcape always comes up with a gorgeous dish.  This one - Spaghetti with Sardine Tomato Sauce is one I'll have to make when my Honey - not a sardine fan - is away on his next business trip.
Pam of Sidewalk Shoes shared a perfect dish for this heat wave... Pea & Shrimp Penne with Basil- fresh from her garden.
Last but not least, another of my "throw together" masterpieces...Creamy Swiss Chard & Mushroom Pasta.
Next week, I'll be hosting again.  Just send your entries to ruth (at) 4everykitchen (dot) com by Thursday, August 9th to be included in Friday's roundup.

If you'd like to host a PPN Roundup. Just drop me a line to pick a date. August 24 and beyond are available.  It's never to early to sign up!
