Presto Pasta for Sickies

I'm just recovering from a whopper two day headache, so there is definitely no fancy pasta on the menu for this week's Presto Pasta Night. That doesn't mean we don't eat well though. I just whipped up a batch of Farfalle with Pesto & cooked St Tropez Chicken (that we didn't get to eat last night - can you food burgers?).

As for supper tonight, nothing could have been easier. Boil up some farfalle and while that's cooking, just saute some sliced mushrooms in olive oil. Add the diced chicken and heat through. Drain the pasta and toss with the mushrooms & chicken and a generous spoonful of pesto. Toss and serve.

And dessert....that awesome chocolate zucchini cake I made this afternoon.
