Ingredients:
1 cup low fat ricotta cheese
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp almond extract (I amended this from the one I made that had waaaaay too much)
1 pkg sugar substitute (optional)
1 tsp instant coffee powder

Mini chocolate chips or more cocoa powder for garnish
Directions:
1. Mix everything together. My cousin used a hand mixer to make the mixture very creamy. If you have one, I highly recommend doing this. I didn’t so it wasn’t as smooth, but still tasty.
2. Refrigerate and serve cold with a dusting of mini chocolate chips or more cocoa powder.
