Greek Salad

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
1 romaine heart, coarsely chopped
½ red bell pepper, julienned (long thin strips)
4 Kalamata olives, pitted
¼ sweet onion, sliced in thin strips
½ cup low fat feta cheese, crumbled
Dressing:
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped

Directions:
1. In a large salad bowl, toss together the lettuce, olives, onion and feta.

2. In a small bowl mix the dressing ingredients together. Taste for seasoning.

3. Pour dressing over the salad, toss and serve.
