It's Wednesday already. Where did the week go? This is just a quick reminder so you don't forget Presto Pasta Night. You can find out all about how to send me an entry right here, but the bottom line - any dish with a noodle in it or under it or around it is a great pasta dish to me. So whether you like yours Italian, Thai, Chinese or from any other nation on earth, I'd love to share it in my Friday night roundup.
Not only is it Wednesday, it happens to be my birthday and for the first time in many years, both my daughters will be in the same city (this time Halifax- and so am I) to share it. So tonight we're probably doing some kind of pasta and I'll share that tomorrow.
